3-Day Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return policy, meaning you must request a return within 3 days of delivery. A return will be processed only after the product is delivered back to us and passes quality inspection.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all original tags

  • In original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

If approved, you will receive:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package
    ⚠️ Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care or hygiene items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the item you have. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

EU customers may cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process it.
