At Filiate, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and within the promised timelines. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within India and internationally.

General Shipping Overview

  • Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, except on weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • We ship across India and internationally.

Shipping Restrictions

Shipping of the following items is prohibited as per courier and government regulations (not exhaustive):

  • Livestock or animals

  • Bullion, currency, negotiable instruments

  • Precious metals or stones

  • Firearms, ammunition, weapons

  • Human remains

  • Narcotics or illegal substances

  • Pornographic materials

  • Any items restricted or banned by law or courier partners
    Filiate reserves the right to refuse shipment of any prohibited or high-risk item.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Shipping within India is free of charge.

  • We use trusted partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, FedEx, and India Post.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on pincode and product availability.
    Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sale periods, or unexpected logistics delays.

International Shipping

  • International shipping is available to all supported countries.

Charges

  • ₹1000 for the first product

  • ₹400 per additional product
    Delivery timelines vary by destination and customs processing.

Order Insurance

All orders are insured by Filiate until delivered to the specified address.
A signature or delivery confirmation by you or your representative transfers responsibility.
For gift deliveries, acknowledgment at the destination counts as successful delivery.

Taxes, Duties & Customs

For Indian Customers

  • GST is charged as applicable and shown at checkout.

For International Customers

  • Orders are shipped as “personal-use items” whenever possible.

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.

  • Filiate does not control, estimate, or collect these charges.

  • You will be notified by customs or courier if duties apply.
    Non-payment of customs fees may lead to return or disposal of the package, for which Filiate is not responsible.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery time depends on product availability, destination, courier serviceability, and warehouse location.
Typical delivery windows:

  • India: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on country and customs)

Delays Beyond Our Control

Filiate is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather

  • Political unrest or strikes

  • Pandemic-related restrictions

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Courier partner operational issues
    We will assist you with tracking and resolution whenever possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Incorrect or incomplete address or phone number may result in delays or failed delivery.
Filiate is not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect customer-provided details.
